C18 or earlier. L-shaped building. Two storeys. Ground floor stone rubble
with red brick dressings and quoins, above tile-hung. Hipped tiled roof with
3 gabled dormers. Three casement windows. The north front has a C19 projection
added in the centre, with a shaped Dutch gable over containing a cartouche
with the crest of the Toke family, formerly of Godinton.
