This was originally the village school and was built in 1846. It is a small
rather attractive building in Tudor Gothic style. L-shaped. One storey and
attics stone rubble, the north-east gabled end cemented. Tiled roof. Shaped
Dutch gable end to each wing. Casement windows with stone mullions and transoms.
Porch in the angle of the 'L' containing a round-headed archway, with a dripstone
over and surmounted by a shaped Dutch gable with the date 1846 on It.
