Formerly the King's Arms Inn. An L-shaped timber-framed building, refaced with
red brick on the ground floor and with fishscale tiles above. Two storeys
and attics. Tiled roof, the west front having 3 gabled dormers. The west
front has 3 sashes without glazing bars. The north front has casement windows.
Both fronts have a porch with a shaped Dutch gable in which is a cartouche
with the crest of the Toke family, formerly of Godinton, Great Chart.
