C16 or earlier timber-framed building, refaced with red brick on the ground
floor and weatherboarded above, the west end wholly weatherboarded. Tiled
roof, hipped at the west end. Casement windows. C19 gable projection in the
centre. Two storeys. Five windows. Attached to the right-hand side is a
2 storey portion with close-studding and steeply-pitched tiled roof, which
were probably originally the outbuildings to the inn.
