GV II

Elephant house, now house. Late C18, altered C19. Red brick and
tile roof. Two storeys and attics, with 2 gabled dormers end
stacks to left and right. Two stone mullioned windows, board
door in gabled porch to right. Two 2-storey ashlared and keyed
arches, now blocked, originally entrances for keeping of elephants
used on the estate c. 1800.
