House. C18. Chequered brickwork; plain tile roof. 2 storeys
and attic on brick plinth, rear stack to left, projecting
end stack to right and 1 hipped dormer. Regular 2 window
fenestration; C20 wood casements in segment headed openings,
with C20 door in moulded wood surround to left. Included for
group value only.
