30 yards NE of Eggarton
Manor

GV II

Stables, now cottage. Circa 1700. Red brick on flint plinth and
plaintile roof. Discontinuous plat band and brick eaves cornice.
Hipped dormer and stack centre right. Irregular fenestration of
5 wood casements. Stable door in C19 segment headed opening to
left, with 2 similar blocked openings to right. Included for group
value only.
