TR 04 SE SMEETH GRANARY COURT ROAD

House. C16. Clad C17. Timber framed and clad with red brick in
irregular English bond, and tile hanging, with plain tiled roof.
Lobby entry plan. Two storeys and attic on plinth with dogtooth
moulding, the front elevation brick not bonded into return elevations.
Tile hung 1st floor and hipped roof with stack to centre right, and
hipped dormers projecting from ridge line to return elevations.
Alternate 2 light and 3 light leaded wooden casements, 4 on 1st floor,
3 on ground floor, with plank and stud door to centre right in gabled
porch with Cl9 or C20 moulded bargeboard. Catslide outshot to rear.
Interior: full frame visible, with tenoned purlin roof. C17 outshot.
Inglenook fireplaces.
