GV II

House, early C19th, rebuilt at rear late C19th. Rendered rubble with slate
roof. 2-unit double-pile plan. Symmetrical composition of 2 storeys with
3 bays and projecting tooled quoins. Windows sashed with glazing bars and
plain stone surrounds. Plain stone door surround with projecting moulded
hood. Lower extension to left with ashlar quoins and ashlar surround to
sashed window. Rubble garden wall to left, bordering lane, with shaped
decorated lintel re-set over gateway 'ISM 1708'.
