House. 'LEP 1678' on door lintel. Pebbledashed rubble with slate roof.
2-unit central-entry plan with gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 2-light
rebated and chamfered mullioned windows on ground floor, with mullions
extended. On the 1st floor are the remains of rebated and chamfered
surrounds for 2-light windows, now enlarged. A plaque above the front
door is inscribed 'A R T 1899'. Moulding of door jambs continues around
battlemented lintel. Inside is a shouldered fireplace of C18th type
visible under wallpaper in the left-hand room.
