SD 48 67 BOLTON-LE-SANDS TOWN END

House. Early C19th. Sandstone ashlar facade with slate roof. Symmetrical
with gable stacks. 2 storeys and 3 bays at the front (facing south towards
the canal) with a cellar at rear ground level. The facade is flanked by
giant pilasters with a plain frieze, and cornice. The windows are sashed
with glazing bars with plain ashlar reveals and 1st floor sill band. The
doorway has pilasters with Soaneian details and a cornice hood.
