House, 1717, altered. Sandstone rubble with tile roof. 2 storeys. South
gable wall of one bay having modern windows with plain reveals and glazing
bars. To the left is a door with plain reveals under a glazed porch. The
east wall has a section of drip course towards the right. On the ground floor
under it is a 2-light window with chamfered surround and a mullion restored in
timber. On the 1st floor are 2 similar windows. Further left, at an
intermediate level, is a one-light chamfered window. The drip course returns
on the north gable wall, where it rises over a door lintel. To the right is a
3-light chamfered window with restored mullions. Above on the 1st floor is a
modern window with plain reveals. The door has a cyma-moulded surround with a
battlemented lintel inscribed: 'HG 1717'. Chimneys on gables.
