Downyfield Road)


House, early-to-mid C19th. Sandstone rubble, rendered at front, with slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with projecting quoins. 1st floor windows modern
with glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. Ground floor covered by slated
verandah with some iron trellis-work at front. Ground floor has wide French
windows with plain reveals. Door, in central bay, has plain stone surround.
Gable chimneys.
