House, c.1700. Sandstone rubble with steep slate roof. 2 storeys with attic,
2 bays. Windows mullioned, with rebate and chamfer: to the left on the
ground floor of 2 lights, to the right of 4 lights. On the 1st floor they are
of 3 lights. Drip course over ground floor. The door, between bays, has a
shouldered architrave. End chimneys, the right-hand one projecting with
offsets. Adjoining at the left, with no obvious straight joint, is a
single-storey part of the house. It has 2 mullioned windows, of 2 and 4
lights. Between them is a window with plain reveals set within a blocked
opening which has above it a re-set lintel from an architrave, with moulded
cornice. The right-hand return wall of the house has 2 blocked one-light
chamfered attic windows.
