GV II

Pair of houses converted from mid C18th warehouses. Pebbledashed with slate
roof. 3 storeys, each of 2 bays. Windows modern with glazing bars and plain
reveals. Doors in outer bays, the left-hand one (to No. 17) having a reeded
timber surround. Listed for the historic interest attaching to Sunderland
Point as one of the ports of Lancaster.
