House, 1690, altered. Pebbledashed sandstone with steep slate roof. 3-cell
lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Windows have plain reveals. Door, with
plain reveals, between bays 2 and 3. Gables have copings with footstones.
Chimneys on left-hand gable and in line with door. At the rear (west) the
windows have plain reveals, except for one on the ground floor which has a
chamfered surround. Inside, the middle room has a firehood bressumer and 2
chamfered axial main joists. A spice cupboard in the back wall of the hearth
has a door inscribed; 'TFE 1690'. The northern room has a small stone
fireplace of C18th type with a false fluted keystone.
