House, formerly 2 houses, 1842. Sandstone rubble with hipped slate roof. 2
storeys 4 bays, with chamfered quoins, and chamfered cross windows with
margin lights and hoods. The right-hand one on the ground floor is a
modern copy replacing a door. Remaining door in 1st bay under a gabled
porch of rusticated ashlar. In the centre of the 1st floor is a plaque
with the shield of arms of Pudsey Dawson and date '1842'. Chimney on
centre of ridge. At the right is a further bay with similar details, with
chamfered quoins and a flat roof. At the left is a single-storey lean-to
with a similar window and with chamfered quoins.
