House and bank, early-to-mid C18th. Sandstone rubble with slate roof. 2
storeys. No.30 (at left) of 2 bays having window surrounds with slight
chamfers, and flat faced mullions of 3 lights on the ground floor and 2
lights above. The door, in the right-hand bay, has a cyma-moulded surround
and a lintel with a depressed ogee shape with rosette decoration. Above is
a slate hood on brackets. Nos. 28 and 26 are of 3 bays. On the ground floor
are 2 2-light windows with flush chamfered mullions. To their right is a
window with plain stone surround. On the 1st floor the outer bays have
windows with plain stone surrounds. The middle window has a rebated and
chamfered surround. Those to the 2 left-hand bays have glazing bars. The
door, at the right, has a surround and hood similar to that to No.30.
Chimneys on left-hand gable, in line with door of No.28, and to right of
2nd bay of No.28.
