House, formerly vicarage, 1850. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. 2
storeys with attic, 3 bays, the right-hand bay gabled. A drip course rises
over the ground-floor windows and door. Windows mullioned. All have
Tudor-arched heads to the lights except for those to the outer bays on the
1st floor. At the left on the ground floor are 2 adjacent 2-light windows.
At the right is one of 3 lights. On the 1st floor they are of 3, 2, and 3
lights. The right-hand bay has a 2-light attic window under its gable.
The door, in the central bay, has a Tudor-arched head with spandrel
decoration. It is flanked by single Tudor-arched lights. Above is a plaque
carved with foliage, a motto, and an inscription: 'Rebuilt MDCCCL PD
[Pudsey Dawson]'. Gables have copings with kneelers and finials. Chimneys,
with diagonal shafts, to right of door and on left-hand gable.
