2/151 House west of Hipping Hall

GV II

House, probably late C17th, altered. Slobbered rubble with slate roof. 2
storeys. 2 bays, with 3rd bay set back to right. Windows modern with
glazing bars and plain reveals, except for those on the 1st floor of bays
one and 2 which have rebated and chamfered surrounds. On the 1st floor, to
the right of the 2nd bay, is a sundial, which is a square painted
sandstone flag set diagonally. Chimneys on left-hand gable and to right of
2nd bay. Listed for group value only.
