Hodgson tomb approx. 7 metres east of Church of St Wilfrid

Tomb chest, early C18th, sandstone. Corners have square balusted panels. North
and south sides each have 2 raised and fielded panels. West side has
carved hour glass; east side carved with skull and crossed bones. Cover
slab moulded, with worn inscriptions: 'Marmaduke Hodgson.,.1720.[?]'
