House, probably late C17th, extended and restored C20th. Sandstone rubble
with roof of stone slate at front. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Windows mullioned,
all rebated and chamfered, except for the right-hand one on the ground
floor which has flat-faced mullions. All are of 3 lights except for the
left-hand one on the 1st floor, which is of 2 lights. A C20th gabled stone
porch in the middle bay covers a door with plain reveals. At the left are
C20th extensions and conversions in keeping. The right-hand gable has a
large projecting stack with offsets. The rear wall has rebated and
chamfered mullioned windows, of 3,3 and 2 lights on the 1st floor. On the

3-light windows, one above the other, are combined to light the stair.
Between the ground-floor windows are a blocked one-light window and a

fireplace. The dog-leg stair has a closed string and turned balusters.
