listed as Lowgill Farmhouse and Ivy
4-10-1967 Lodge)

Two houses, early-to-mid C19th. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. 2
storeys. Right-hand house (East View), of 3 bays, has sashed windows with
plain stone surrounds. The central 1st floor window is blank. Door, in
central bay, has plain stone surround and moulded cornice hood. Ivy
Cottage, at the left, is of 2 bays and has sashed windows with no glazing
bars and plain stone surrounds. The door, between bays, has a plain stone
surround. Both houses have shaped stone gutter brackets. Chimneys on
gables and between houses.
