Boundary stone, probably early C19th. Comprises an upright sandstone flag
with its front face divided by a vertical line. To the left is inscribed:
'BENTHAM'. To the right is inscribed: 'TATHAM'. Part of this boundary
stone is in Bentham C.P. in the County of North Yorkshire (q.v.)
