Mid C19. 2 storeys in stone with 2 gables with carved bargeboards, 1 window each
in gable. 2 windows each to 1st floor and 2 to centre. Ground floor has 3 windows of 2 lights, all in stone surrounds. 3 doors of 6 panels beneath fanlights and rectangular dripmoulds with human mask terminals and carved foliated spandrels.
Included as part of a group.

Premises occupied by Ribble Valley Borough Council and Nos 4 to 8 (even) form a group with Nos 22 and 24 Church Street.
