C18 origins, 2 storeys rendered with Welsh slate roof and plain eaves cornice. 3
windows, stone surrounds, no glazing bars. Late C19 and modern shop to left, centre
door. To No 6, door of 6 fielded panels, glazed rectangular fanlight, stone surround
and cornice, and 1 window as above.
Andrew Carnegie Public Library, Town Hall, Premises occupied by Tourist Information
Office, No 4 and Church Court form a group with Nos 6 to 12 (even).
