Mid C19. 2 storeys, rough rendered, slate roof. 2 windows with stone surrounds
on 2 floors. Rusticated quoins. Stone pilasters and moulded cornice on carved brackets
to door of 6 fielded panels with rectangular fanlight. Plinth. Included as part
of a group.
Andrew Carnegie Public Library, Town Hall, Premises occupied by Tourist Information
Office, No 4 and Church Court form a group with Nos 6 to 12 (even).
