Mid C19 Gothic. Two storeys and attics, rendered. Two gables with three finials, moulded string course and parapet. Two windows to gables of two mullion lights, rectangular dripmoulds as have those below, of three lights, on both floors. Door with four-centred head, rectangular dripmould, carved panels. To the right, a two-storey canted bay of three lights with moulded cornice and rough stone plinth. Row of stone octagonal chimney stacks to centre of roof.

Nos 1 to 9 (odd), 5A and 7A and White Lion Hotel form a group, Nos 7 and 7A being buildings of local interest only.
