House, 'I P 1788' on oval lst floor plaque. Coursed square sandstone
with slate roof. Double-pile plan with central entry and end stacks.
2 storeys, 2 bays. Modern metal windows have plain stone surrounds.
Door has plain stone surround. Right-hand gable wall has stair window
with plain stone surround and round head.
