7/126 The Hills Farmhouse


House, C17th. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South
front has mullioned windows with outer chamfer and inner hollow chamfer.
To the left on the ground floor. is one of 3 lights with a hood. To the
right is a blocked window with the remains of a hood, with a modern window
with plain stone surround to its left. On the 1st floor are a 3-light and
a 4-light window, with a blocked chamfered one-light window further right.
The north wall has modern windows with plain stone surrounds, with a
blocked one-light chamfered window on the 1st floor at the east end. End
stacks, with a coping on the west gable.
