Roman Catholic. Church, mid C19th. Scored render with sandstone dressings and slate roof
The north and south walls have projecting quoins at their west end and are of
3 bays. The windows have chamfered plain stone surrounds, and hoods, with
wooden cross windows with diamond-pattern glazing and 4-centred heads to
the upper lights. The west wall has a moulded doorway with 4-centred head
and hood. Above is a chamfered plain stone window surround with hood. The
gable has a coping with a cross finial. The presbytery, which adjoins to
the east, is of squared sandstone with a slate roof. It is of 2 storeys
and 2 bays with end stacks, The windows are sashed with glazing bars in
chamfered stone surrounds with hoods. The door, in the west wall, has a
moulded stone surround with cornice hood.
