south-east of church,
at entrance to Bolton Hall

2 pairs of gatepiers, possibly C19th in a C18th style. Rusticated
sandstone ashlar. Of square section with moulded cornices, moulded
tops, and ball finials. The central pair, one on each side of the
drive, is flanked by a smaller pair with the same details.
