7/59 Bolton Peel Cross

Cross, replaced early C20th, with base probably medieval. Sandstone.
Base irregular and partly buried in asphalt, with squared platform at
top. Socketed for shaft of rectangular section. Shaft chamfered with
pierced foliated cross head.
