16.11.54 in the former Bowland Rd)

Bridge over the River Hodder, 1562 (VCH). Sandstone ashlar.
3 segmental arches, the middle arch being wider. Cutwaters of triangular
section. No parapet. Scheduled Ancient Monument. Part of this
bridge is in Aighton, Bailey and Chaigley parish (q.v.).
