House, probably C17, altered early-to-mid C18 and later C19. Sandstone and
brick, rendered, with stone slate roof. 2 storeys. To the right of the
door is a 5-light double-chamfered mullioned window with hood. To the left
is a modern window with plain reveals. On the 1st floor are 4 modern
windows with plain reveals and stone sills. The door has a stone doorcase
with attached Ionic columns carrying an entablature. Above the cornice and
partly within the open moulded segmental pediment is a narrow horizontal
light. Coped gables have kneelers with ball finials. Gable chimneys, the
left-hand one with projecting stack.
