Formerly No.62. House, dated on doorway 1780. Hand-made brick, tiled roof
with gable chimneys. Double-depth 2-bay plan. Three storeys, symmetrical;
ground floor of facade rendered; central door in round-headed recess with
keystone and imposts, the latter lettered M and 1780; 2 windows on each
I&A
floor, those at ground floor large and square with 9 panes, the upper with
gauged brick heads, and those at 2nd floor 6 panes. Right return wall has
narrow vertical rectangular window at 2nd floor. Rear has segmental-headed
windows at ground and lst floors only: 9 panes at ground floor, low 3-light
casements with glazing bars at 1st floor, with a stairlight in the centre.
Interior: 4-room plan with centre passage and staircase, but altered.
