Almshouses, dated 1870. Red brick, low-pitched hipped slate roof.
Rectangular plan, 3 units. Single storey, almost symmetrical; roof carried
down to form open verandah to front and sides supported by cylindrical iron
posts: round-headed doorway in centre and one at each end, one window left
of centre and 2 to right, all round-headed and containing cross-window
casements with glazing bars; between the windows on the right, a stone
plaque inscribed:

Item has deliberate similarity to the Almshouses Nos. 1 to 4 Shevington
Avenue, (q.v.), at north east corner of Back Drinkhouse Lane.
