Farmhouse, now house. Early to mid-C18, altered. Pebble-dashed brick,
slate roof. Double-depth 2-bay plan, with outshut to rear of 2nd bay. Two
storeys, almost symmetrical. Offset to left of centre a low gabled porch
which has a rounded arch with keystone, and on each floor 2
segmental-headed 3-light casements with diamond lattice glazing; large
coupled chimney stack rising from centre of front slope of roof. Rear has
various altered segmental-headed windows, and added lean-to porch to the
outshut.
Interior: 4-room plan round a large central chimney stack; in each front
room 2 chamfered beams, those in the right room with cyma stops; 1/4-turn
staircase with stick balusters.
