Two archways and retaining walls to 2 stone staircases in gardens laid out
by T.H. Mawson from 1906 for Lord Leverhulme overlooking former boating
lake, Semi-circular arches of stone slates with 5 keystones of the same,
moulded stone imposts; retaining walls of large sandstone rubble. Listed
as reasonably intact element of very large total design of gardens of
Leverhulme's Rivington Bungalow.
