Accommodation bridge over Leeds-Liverpool Canal. 1812-14, supervising engineers Joseph and James Fletcher, contractor John Withnall. Coursed sandstone. Distorted elliptical portal with rusticated voussoirs and keystones, band, parapet with rounded coping, pilastered ends to curved keepers, sloped deck. Crosses cutting along contour.
