2. Mid C19. Allegedly designed by Decimus Burton. Ashlar. Pitched slate
roof. 3 storeys. Moulded modillion eaves cornice. 2 ranges of sashes with
moulded surrounds, those on 1st floor with continuous sill band and moulded
cornices on scrolled brackets. Ground floor modern.
