Between 1841 and 1845 (not shown on Decimus Burton' plan of 1841, but shown
as built on Ordnance Survey of 1845). Ashlar. Pitched slate roof. 3 storeys.
Moulded eaves cornice. Parapet. 1st floor band. 6 ranges of sashes, of which
2nd and 5th have moulded cornices on scrolled consoles.
