1836-39. Shown as completed in William Garvin Herdman's lithograph of 1839,
and therefore built certainly under Decimus Burtonis supervision and probably
to his design. Red brick. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Band. 3 ranges
of sashes each. 1 door each with oblong fanlight, in Tuscan frames with full
entablatures and blocking courses. Cast iron railings with spear finials to
front.
