House, late C17. Sandstone rubble with steep slate roof and brick chimney
caps. 2 storeys with attic. Windows rebated and chamfered with mullions.
To the left of the single-storey gabled porch is one of 3 lights. To the
right is one of 4 lights, with a blocked window to its right and a window
with plain reveals further right. On the 1st floor are 4 3-light windows.
Chimneys on right-hand gable and in line with left-hand side of door.
Inside, there is a dog-leg stair with closed string, turned balusters and
moulded handrail. Some original panelled doors remain. The roof trusses,
visible in the attic, have collars and queen struts.
