1/94 Richmond Grove House
House, early-to-mid C19. Punched sandstone ashlar with slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays, with band, cornice and blocking course. Windows sashed
with glazing bars and plain reveals. Door in central bay under Doric porch
with pilaster responds. Gable chimneys. Richmond Grove Farmhouse (q.v.)
adjoins at rear.
