Cottage, c.1800, now house. Watershot coursed sandstone blocks,
stone slate roof with chimney stack at junction with No. 20 to right.
Double depth plan, one bay. Three storeys; vertical joint between
the item and No. 20 only at ground floor, the coursing of the masonry
continuous above this level; doorway with plain surround to right,
one window at ground floor and 2 windows on each floor above, all
with stepped triple lights.
