House and cottage, late C18, altered and renovated, now one dwelling.
Watershot coursed sandstone, stone slate roof with brick chimneys at the
gables. Three-bay plan. Two storeys; doorway with plain surround at junction
of 1st and 2nd bays, a former doorway at the other junction now altered as a
window, 3 flush mullioned windows on each floor: at ground floor 3, 2, and 3
lights, at 1st floor 2, 2, and 3 lights, both those in the 3rd bay stepped and
the others of irregular size and shape; and 3 inserted windows at 1st floor.
Farm buildings abut rear.
