Row of 10 back-to-back cottages, late C18, altered, now 5 dwellings.
Watershot coursed sandstone, roof now slate, with 4 ridge chimneys and gable
chimney at left end. Double-depth plan, 5 bays. Two storeys; gable to lane;
east front has 5 doorways protected by slab canopies on beaked brackets, a
stepped triple window to the left of each and another at 1st floor above, all
these with a large rectangular middle light and narrow side lights; and a
smaller rectangular window at 1st floor over the doors. Rear (west) wall has
been altered.
