House, early C19, altered and subdivided into two properties. Watershot coursed sandstone with quoins, slate roof with gable chimneys. Three bays and three storeys, symmetrical: central round-headed doorway with imposts and keystone, altered (enlarged) windows at ground floor, three vertical rectangular windows sashed with glazing bars at first floor, three square windows similarly glazed at second floor, and moulded stone gutter cornice. Item abuts Nos. 52 and 54 Stubbins Street (q.v.) set back to right, and is listed for group value only.
