Row of 4 cottages, c.1800. Watershot coursed sandstone, stone slate roof with
3 chimneys on the ridge and one at the left gable. Shallow double-depth plan,
each cottage one bay. Two storeys; each cottage has doorway with plain
surround on the right, a stepped triple-light window at ground floor and 2
square windows above. Originally back to earth, rear wall of random rubble
now has one square window on each floor of each cottage (i.e. no back
doors).
